🏏 Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was never delivered (after confirming with the courier service).

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.


🔄 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@yorkerline.shop with:

    • Order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos of the product (if applicable)

  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the refund is approved due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items), we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:
