🏏 Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product was never delivered (after confirming with the courier service).
The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
🔄 How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@yorkerline.shop with:
Order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
📦 Return Shipping
If the refund is approved due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items), we will cover the return shipping.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
💳 Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
